Mission Statement:
I created this website to create a safe, open space where I can share my lived experience with mental illness. I truly believe education is key. I am more than just my diagnosis. I am a Mixed Media Artist which, I have found it easier to express my emotions and experiences. It helps me stay grounded when I feel like things are chaotic. I also love playing RPG games such as the Sims4 and I create some content. I also play Gotham Knights and Diablo(just to name a few). It helps me escape from reality for a while. I am also a Crabspert (hermit crab expert I guess/ enthusiast)! I have 9 hermit crabs that I seem to find therapeutic. I want to share that it is possible you can be healthy.
